EMBRACING FERTILITY & ANATOMY
Embracing Fertility and Anatomy LLC | Effective: October 17, 2026
1. Agreement and business identity
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to the Embracing Fertility & Anatomy website, educational journeys,
digital products, memberships, events, and private guidance services (collectively, "Services"). The Services are provided
by Embracing Fertility and Anatomy LLC ("EFA," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing, enrolling, or using the Services,
you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms disclosed before your purchase. If you do not agree, do not
purchase or use the Services.
2. What EFA provides
EFA offers holistic wellness education, body and cycle awareness, reflection practices, self-care resources, and optional
fertility preparation guidance. The Complete Journey is a self-paced seven-module digital educational experience. The
Guided Journey includes the Complete Journey plus the additional support specifically described on its sales page. Other
offerings may include the Sacred Womb Companion, private guidance sessions, a three-session Fertility Journey Series,
and recurring EFA Membership. The content and inclusions of each purchase are those presented at checkout.
3. Educational information; no medical care or promised outcomes
EFA and its Guides provide education and general wellness support, not medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions,
emergency services, or individualized medical advice. EFA is not a substitute for a licensed healthcare professional. Do
not stop, delay, or change prescribed care based on EFA content without consulting your qualified clinician. Practices
involving herbs, supplements, steaming, or other wellness activities can carry risks, especially during pregnancy or with
underlying conditions or medication use. Consult an appropriate licensed professional before trying them. Individual
experiences differ; EFA does not guarantee conception, improvements in a health condition, or any particular
physical or emotional outcome. Seek urgent medical care for emergencies.
4. Eligibility, accuracy, and accounts
Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate contact and billing information, keep your
account credentials confidential, and notify EFA promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without
authorization. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent otherwise required by law. EFA may
reasonably restrict access for fraud, unauthorized redistribution, harassment, or material violations of these Terms, subject
to applicable rights and remedies.
5. Pricing, payment, and refund policy
Product descriptions and checkout pages state the applicable price, included features, payment schedule, and any
promotional conditions. Taxes and third-party financing terms, if any, are disclosed where applicable. All purchases are
final and nonrefundable, subject to applicable consumer rights. EFA's published Refund & Cancellation Policy is
incorporated into these Terms and provides additional details. If there is an inconsistency, applicable law controls. Contact
EFA at support@embracingfertility.co about access or payment problems; technical difficulties do not automatically
entitle a purchaser to a refund, but EFA will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.
6. Individual private appointments
For individual private sessions, including the Fertility Clarity Session with Personal Roadmap, One-on-One Fertility
Guidance Session, and Roadmap Client Follow-Up Session, clients must provide at least 24 hours' advance notice to
cancel or reschedule. Timely requests may be rescheduled subject to availability. A client who misses an appointment
must contact the EFA Team within 24 hours after the scheduled time to request one replacement appointment. Without
timely contact, the missed appointment is forfeited, subject to applicable law. Where EFA cancels an appointment, EFA
will arrange an alternative at no additional charge or provide any remedy required by law.
7. Fertility Journey Series - three sessions
The Fertility Journey Series consists of three prepaid private appointments. All three must be completed within 90 days
of purchase. A client must give at least 48 hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. There is one
courtesy reschedule for a missed appointment per purchased series, provided the client contacts EFA within 24
hours after the missed appointment; the replacement must be completed within the original 90-day period. Other missed
appointments and late cancellations may be forfeited as described in the published Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Changes initiated by EFA do not consume the courtesy reschedule; EFA will provide appropriate scheduling relief if an
EFA-initiated change would prevent completion within 90 days. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Guided Journey private support
The Guided Journey includes the two written check-ins and included private session described on its sales page. The
included private session follows the 24-hour advance cancellation and 24-hour post-no-show contact rules for individual
private appointments. Written check-ins do not require live appointment scheduling. Guided support is an educational
service and does not guarantee a particular outcome. Any additional support beyond the purchased inclusions requires
separate agreement.
9. Membership billing and cancellation
EFA Membership is a recurring subscription, currently advertised at $9.99 per month, unless a different amount is
prominently disclosed and accepted at enrollment. The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Members may
cancel before the next renewal using the cancellation method made available through their account or by contacting EFA
for assistance; EFA will not impose unreasonable barriers to cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access
ordinarily continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Membership fees are nonrefundable and unused
time is not prorated, subject to applicable consumer rights. EFA must disclose the actual renewal price, frequency, and
cancellation method clearly before payment and obtain the consent required by law.
10. Digital access and permitted use
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, EFA grants each purchaser a limited, personal, nonexclusive,
nontransferable license to access purchased materials for their own educational use. This is a license, not a transfer of
copyright or ownership. Access requires compatible devices and internet connectivity. Unless otherwise stated at
purchase, EFA may make reasonable changes to delivery platforms or features while honoring material paid commitments
and applicable law. Any material access restrictions or expiration periods will be disclosed where relevant.
11. EFA intellectual property
All original EFA text, recorded lessons, designs, course structure, downloadable workbooks, journals, audio, trademarks,
logos, and other materials remain the property of EFA or their respective licensors. Except with prior written permission or
as allowed by law, you must not resell, distribute, publicly post, reproduce for others, sublicense, share login credentials,
or use EFA materials to create competing products. Short quotations and uses permitted by applicable law are not
prohibited by these Terms. Third-party works remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Participation and community standards
Participants agree to communicate respectfully, protect the privacy of other participants, and avoid harassment, threats,
discrimination, unlawful activity, spam, and unauthorized commercial solicitation. Do not post others' personal or health
information without permission. Group spaces are not confidential clinical settings; exercise discretion before sharing
sensitive information. EFA may remove inappropriate content or suspend participation when reasonably necessary to
protect clients and its community, subject to applicable law.
13. Client decisions and third-party services
You make your own choices about wellness practices and should seek appropriate professional guidance when needed.
Third-party tools, including Podia, YouCanBookMe, calendar services, payment processors, and external links, may be
governed by their own terms. EFA does not control independent third-party services but remains responsible for
obligations it cannot lawfully delegate. Personal information practices will be described in EFA's Privacy Policy.
14. Service changes and interruptions
EFA may update educational content, correct errors, alter future offerings, or make reasonable schedule and platform
changes. We will not retroactively remove material benefits already purchased without providing any remedy required by
law. In events beyond reasonable control, EFA will communicate significant interruptions and seek a reasonable solution
consistent with its obligations and applicable consumer rights.
15. Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Services and educational content are provided without a guarantee that they will
be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every person, or produce a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, EFA is
not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Any monetary liability
limitation applies only to the extent lawful and does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence,
personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, failure to provide purchased Services, or other rights or remedies that cannot
legally be limited. Nothing here requires a client to waive nonwaivable consumer rights.
16. Disputes and applicable law
Please contact support@embracingfertility.co first so EFA can try to resolve concerns promptly. Except where
mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio,
without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any court proceedings will be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction; these
Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive the right to participate in collective legal proceedings.
17. Updates; severability; contact
EFA may update these Terms prospectively by posting a new effective date and, where appropriate or legally required,
providing notice and obtaining consent. A material change will not retroactively alter an existing purchase where doing so
would be unlawful. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent possible.
Questions about these Terms, support, or billing may be sent to support@embracingfertility.co.
