Embracing Fertility and Anatomy LLC

Effective October 17, 2026

Legal and privacy inquiries: support@embracingfertility.co

This Privacy Policy explains how Embracing Fertility and Anatomy LLC ("EFA," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal

information when someone visits EmbracingFertility.co, joins an EFA educational journey or membership, obtains a

digital resource, schedules a private session, attends an event, or contacts our team. We recognize that conversations

about menstrual health, fertility, emotional wellbeing, and personal experiences may be especially private. We use this

information to provide the services a client requests, not to make it public.

1. Information EFA collects

• Contact and account information: name, email address, account and enrollment details, communication

preferences, and any contact information voluntarily provided.

• Transaction and access information: product or plan purchased, amount, payment status, enrollment dates,

access status, and transaction references. Payment-card details are entered through payment processors; EFA

does not ask clients to provide complete card numbers in booking questionnaires, email, or session messages.

• Appointment information: selected service, appointment date and time, booking or cancellation history, answers

to booking questions, and communications relating to appointments.

• Voluntary wellness information: fertility goals, cycle observations, symptoms, health history, emotional

reflections, lifestyle practices, or other sensitive information a client chooses to provide in a booking form, private

conversation, check-in, or message. Clients should provide only information relevant to the support requested.

• Site and technical information: IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and site or account

usage details made available by the website platform and associated services.

2. How EFA uses information

EFA uses personal information to create and maintain accounts; provide purchased journeys, resources,

memberships, and private guidance; arrange appointments and send operational confirmations and reminders;

answer client questions; provide the roadmap and written follow-up included in a purchased service; process and

reconcile transactions; protect accounts and prevent misuse; meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations; and

administer or improve our website and client experience.

Marketing is separate from service communications. EFA may send promotional messages when a person has

subscribed or another lawful basis permits them. Promotional emails include an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing

from marketing does not stop essential purchase receipts, account notices, or appointment communications.

3. Special care for fertility and wellness information

EFA limits access to client-provided wellness information to people and service providers who need it to deliver

requested services or perform legitimate operational duties. We do not sell identifiable fertility histories, cycle details,

session disclosures, or other client-provided wellness information. We do not use that information to target third-party

advertising or disclose it to advertisers. We do not publish identifiable client experiences, testimonials, photographs, or

outcomes without authorization. Clients may decline optional questions or ask whether a detail is necessary before

submitting it; withholding information may limit how specifically EFA can respond.

Private sessions are not audio- or video-recorded by EFA. EFA may retain booking details, voluntarily submitted

written information, and written follow-up necessary to provide services and maintain business records. Participants

should not record or distribute a private session without the consent of everyone involved.

4. Services that process information for EFA

EFA relies on third-party services to operate its website and fulfill purchases. These services receive the information

needed for their roles and may also process technical data under their own published privacy terms:

• Podia: website hosting, customer accounts, digital products, membership access, emails, and purchase

administration.

• YouCanBookMe: appointment scheduling, booking responses, confirmations, cancellations, and reminders. EFA

determines what its booking forms request.

• Microsoft Calendar: scheduling records and availability management; connected calendar services may receive

appointment-related information.

• Stripe and other checkout payment providers offered through Podia: payment authorization, billing, fraud

prevention, and payment records. EFA does not control their independent payment-data practices.

EFA does not authorize third-party providers to use client-submitted fertility or wellness details for their own

advertising. Their independent handling of information is governed by their applicable privacy notices and agreements.

Clients should review the policies of services they use.

5. When EFA may share information

EFA shares information only as needed to deliver a requested service; with professional advisers or contractors under

appropriate confidentiality expectations; when a client directs or consents to the disclosure; to investigate fraud,

security issues, or misuse; to comply with a lawful request or legal obligation; or as part of a legitimate business

restructuring or transfer subject to applicable law. EFA does not sell client contact information or client-submitted

wellness information. We do not disclose identifiable testimonials or client outcomes for marketing without permission.

6. Cookies, website technology, and external links

The EFA website and its service providers use technology needed for login sessions, checkout, website performance,

security, and basic operation. Depending on the platform configuration, analytics or other optional cookies may also be

used. Users can manage cookies through browser settings and any cookie controls made available on the site;

disabling some cookies may prevent account or checkout features from functioning. EFA will present additional cookie

notices or choices where legally required. Links to third-party sites are subject to those sites' own privacy practices.

7. Data protection and breach response

EFA takes reasonable steps appropriate to its size, operations, and the sensitivity of information entrusted to it,

including restricting access to information needed for EFA work and using established service providers for hosting,

scheduling, and payment processing. No online transmission, account, or storage system can be guaranteed

completely secure. Clients should protect login credentials and avoid emailing payment-card numbers or unnecessary

sensitive documents. EFA will investigate suspected data incidents and provide notices to affected individuals or

authorities when required by applicable law.

8. How long information is kept

EFA retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the services requested, administer

active memberships and accounts, answer disputes or support requests, maintain accurate transaction and tax

records, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable law. Information is deleted or de-identified when no longer

reasonably needed, unless a legal requirement or legitimate dispute requires continued retention. Copies held by

separate providers, including calendar entries and backups, may follow those services' deletion schedules. A request

to close an account does not automatically erase records EFA must retain by law.

9. Privacy requests and choices

Clients may contact support@embracingfertility.co to ask what personal information EFA holds about them, request

correction, request deletion of information EFA is not required to retain, withdraw a consent previously given, or raise a

privacy concern. EFA may need to verify identity or confirm authority before acting, particularly when a request

involves sensitive information. EFA will respond within timeframes required by applicable law and explain when a

lawful exception prevents a request from being fulfilled. Users can separately unsubscribe from promotional emails

and manage their subscription through the available account settings or by contacting EFA for assistance.

10. Children and minors

EFA products, private sessions, and membership are intended for adults age 18 and older. EFA does not knowingly

solicit or collect personal information directly from children under 18 for enrollment in these services. If a parent or

guardian believes a minor submitted information, they should contact support@embracingfertility.co so EFA can

review and take appropriate action.

11. United States and international visitors

EFA operates from the United States and uses service providers that may store or process information in the United

States or other countries. Where privacy laws applicable to a person grant additional rights or require particular

transfer safeguards, EFA will comply with those obligations. This policy does not waive protections that cannot lawfully

be waived.

12. Changes to this policy

EFA may update this policy to reflect changes to services, providers, legal requirements, or privacy practices. The

effective date at the beginning of the policy identifies the current published version. Material changes will be

communicated through the website or directly when required by law. An updated policy will not retroactively replace a

consent that applicable law requires EFA to obtain again.
