Purchases & Refunds
All purchases are final and nonrefundable, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Your Included Private Session
Your 60-minute private session is scheduled after you complete the seven journey modules.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' advance notice.
With proper notice, your appointment can be moved to another available time at no additional charge.
Missed Appointments
If you miss your scheduled private session, please contact the EFA Team within 24 hours after your appointment to request a replacement.
Requests received within that period will be honored for one replacement appointment at no additional charge. If no request is received within 24 hours, the missed session is forfeited.
Your Two Personal Check-Ins
Your Guided Journey also includes two personal check-ins to provide encouragement, answer questions, and help you remain connected to your journey.
If either check-in is scheduled as a live appointment, the same 24-hour advance cancellation and rescheduling notice applies.
Check-ins conducted through written communication do not require appointment scheduling.
Changes Initiated by EFA
If EFA needs to change a scheduled appointment, our team will coordinate an alternative time without additional charge.
